Selling Real Estate comes second nature. In the 1940's my Grandfather started what is now 'The Warmington Group', which began to make a mark in the homebuilding industry by creating well-planned neighborhoods designed to meet the needs of the American family in Orange County. Now approximately 30,000 families live in a Warmington home, covering areas in Nevada, San Diego, Orange County/Inland Empire, Los Angeles/Ventura, Northern California and Sacramento. My father, brother and husband were/are building contractors and I have always loved being involved with the process. Now I can be involved on another level!! Over three years ago I decided it was time for a change and decided to get my Realtor's license, and have been doing great!! I have managed to hang in there through one of the toughest times in Real Estate history. Working for London Properties has been the best educational experience I have ever had...it is one of the largest and most successful real estate companies in the United States. I work VERY hard for my clients to help make the home selling or buying process as easy as possible and fun!! I have a Bachelor of Science Degree from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo and have worked in the laboratory field for the past 25 years - most currently in top management (a job requiring MUCH attention to detail; the same as with Real Estate!!). I'm smart and like challenge so decided to venture out on my own...and I'm so glad I did!! I love what I'm doing!! Looking for horse property?? That's my specialty!! As a lifelong equestrian, working with buyers and sellers wanting to buy or sell horse property is a natural; I know what to look for and what needs to be done to get the best results!
